Alkuperänen dieetti

These are measurements you are aiming for:
Bust: 32-34 inch (81cm-86cm)

Waist: 24-25 inch (61cm-63,5cm)

Hips: 34-34.5 inch (86cm-87,6cm)
(mun mitat: Bust: 86cm, Waist:62cm, Hips:91cm)

Diet: start cutting out processed sugars, junk food, fatty meats (ie bacon; pork in general) from your diet and replacing with lots of vegetables and lean protein (ie. fish, chicken). Beef/lamb you can have once in a while. Carbs you can have but in moderation; only once a day and only whole grains/multigrains. Fruit you can have a total of 2 servings/day (ie. an apple = 1 serving; portion size of fist = 1 serving).

Start portion control (vegetables should be the size of two fists and protein the size of one fist).

Eat 6 times a day where portions are the same.

Keep track of your measurements when you wake up every day in a spreadsheet and measure in the same place every day.

This is a general diet. Please send me your spreadsheet each week so we can alter your diet specifically.

Exercise: no running, weights, muscle- building activities. Aim for long power walks (30-45 minutes) for cardio etc with Pilates, yoga etc. toning workouts.

  1. voisitko mitenkään tehdä jossain kohta postauksen tosta power walk jutust en tiedä miten siinä sitten kuuluisi kävellä, tosi kiva toi sun malli juttu oon onnellinen puolestas, itse kun en ole mikään laihimmasta päästä oleva :))

    1. Ei siitä tarvitse tehä postausta kun voin selittää sulle sen näin erikseenkin. Eli se on ihan normaalia kävelyä vähän reippaammassa tahdissa niin kauan kunne tulee hiki pintaan :)
